When we brought our vehicle in we told Tristan that we had the service plan on our vehicle. During the service the vehicle was found to have another problem which required our vehicle to be there a week. I emailed Tristan to let him know the exact information that we needed on our work order as we were filing a claim with BP. When we picked up our vehicle we paid almost 2200 and when we got home and actually looked at the paperwork we had been charged for our oil change and the write up didn’t have the required information that was emailed to Tristan. The next morning we went back to dealership to get refunded and paperwork corrected and was told at first he couldn’t refund oil change and we insisted it could. He then went to service manager and after 30minutes came back to us and said he had to do this and that and would take hours and he’d have it ready on Monday(this was on Friday). On Monday I called at 12noon to make sure paperwork was ready before driving 25 miles to dealership and was told it was not and that it’d be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday we arrived at dealership at 10:30an he was just finishing it up. The 2 extra trips to the dealership could have been avoided if attention to detail was made to start with.

The experience could not have been better. We were greeted on the phone and set up a time to come in a look at the inventory. The salesperson, Austin Long, took time to listen to what we wanted and show us exactly what they had for us. No wasted time trying to talk us into vehicles we didn't want to see or upsell us on things we didn't need. Austin didn't rush or get distracted. Throughout the process, we felt like Austin was upfront and delivered exactly as promised. No surprises. That's how car buying should be.

I purchased my Tahoe with you all in 2022 and the warranty. I have been a loyal customer but the last several times at the service department were: scheduled an oil change, my car sat out in the same spot I parked it for an hour and a half and I finally said I could not wait any longer because no service had been performed. They said "sorry, we are a little behind" and let me walk out the door. This time, yesterday, they said they fixed the problem with my back right tire squeaking, charged me 325 dollars, and the problem was worse within 2 minutes of leaving the lot so now I have to drop my car off again for several hours. The time it takes to perform basic oil changes or any kind of work is unacceptable, at least in my experience. If you have 3-5 hours to kill, go get your oil changed here, especially if you prefer to be upsold every single time you go and possibly not have the problem properly fixed.

Will NEVER make that mistake again...using the dealership. I bought the truck used from your dealership 2 yrs ago. Dropped it off on 4/20th at 8:20 AM. It was not ready for pick up until 2:49 on 4/21. I did not receive a phone call for an update as promised on 4/20th. I had to call the service department. Because the thought was it could be a transmission problem and there is "only one transmission tech that probably could not get to looking at it till tomorrow. Service guy stated I will call you before lunch on Tuesday". I did not get a phone call before lunch. After lunch, I received a phone call stated they were not sure what was wrong but the transmission fluid was not clear and for just under 500.00 they could do a transmission flush. That would be the first step and then move forward if that did not correct the issue. I declined that offer and chose to pick up the truck. I was then charged 215.00 for "labor". It was my mistake to not ask the fee to assess the issue but 234.89 (total) was excessive. The truck sat on your lot for over 24 hours waiting for 1 mechanic to say it could use a "transmission flush". Anywhere in this city could have told me that. Learned my lesson the hard way. Sorry I even thought going to the dealership would be productive and cost effective.

Seat and lights settings were changed and not set back. Also charged for labor on cabin air filter. They took the filter out to show me it was dirty if I said no to the replacement they would have put it back without a charge. Why should I be charged to put in a new one

You always hear about car dealers being deceiving. This is how I felt. Maddox was very nice to us and we agreed on a price. Signed on the amount and shook hands. We discussed that I would make a down payment, but did not settle on an amount. I was then taken to Brandon for the paperwork. He started having me sign papers and asked me how much I was putting down. I said $5000. When we got to the page that had the cost with all the fees, he had increased the cost of the car by $5000 (my down payment). I did not agree to a price that included the down payment. When I questioned him, he said that this is the way we always do it and insinuated that I just misunderstood. I believe if I had said my down payment was $10000 that Brandon would have increased the cost of the car by $10000. After much discussion, he did adjust the price by $2000, but I feel deceived. I reluctantly agreed because I’d already called my insurance company and had my policy changed to the new car. However, I really wish I’d walked out the door. I love the car, but I don’t trust Integrity.
