Eric did an outstanding job, listening to my concerns and getting me a loaner car, which would have very difficult to complete my daily duties without one. If I have any concerns, it is with Chevy in general. This is my second new chevy truck and with only 6900 miles on it, my data screen goes out repeatedly, and my four-wheel drive would not engage. The first was the turbo booster on the new v6 diesel. Yes its under warranty, but chevy used to be known as the long-lasting tough truck. Heartbeat of America! I don't think so anymore. It will probably be my last one. Again, Eric and the maintenance team are simply professional and trying to solve everyone's problems, so thank you for that.

When we brought our vehicle in we told Tristan that we had the service plan on our vehicle. During the service the vehicle was found to have another problem which required our vehicle to be there a week. I emailed Tristan to let him know the exact information that we needed on our work order as we were filing a claim with BP. When we picked up our vehicle we paid almost 2200 and when we got home and actually looked at the paperwork we had been charged for our oil change and the write up didn’t have the required information that was emailed to Tristan. The next morning we went back to dealership to get refunded and paperwork corrected and was told at first he couldn’t refund oil change and we insisted it could. He then went to service manager and after 30minutes came back to us and said he had to do this and that and would take hours and he’d have it ready on Monday(this was on Friday). On Monday I called at 12noon to make sure paperwork was ready before driving 25 miles to dealership and was told it was not and that it’d be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday we arrived at dealership at 10:30an he was just finishing it up. The 2 extra trips to the dealership could have been avoided if attention to detail was made to start with.

The experience could not have been better. We were greeted on the phone and set up a time to come in a look at the inventory.
